you there are many programs that can make cd images, this problem can happend if something wrong in made of this image ,sometime bin file can't find right cue files "cue problem" i have small program extract new cue for bin file ( i don't remember the name of it...ummm),sometime i check the image by Alcohol 52% to make sure it work fine before i burn it (good tester huh).

actully from where u get BIN files?,again check the image if its work or not.

...::: need more help ask about it :::...

You can also scan the image for corruption with CDMage.
