Hello to everyone! =) I have a few questions about Nokia 6030, especially the ones that are distributed by T-Mobile USA. After doing a little research, it seems that this specific phone, RM-225 with IMEI starting 0110(or so), cannot be unlocked remotely. Is this true? And why? If so, would the ones distributed by Cingular, also Nokia 6030, be possible to unlock? Please help me out, I really need an unlock phone for roaming, and this model seems to be the cheapest around here in my area. I appreciate the time you spent reading this, and so please reply. Thank you very much! =)
Get the RM-75 model and not the RM-225. The only difference is that the 225 is a FAV phone. It's asic 11 and can't be unlocked by anyone online.
For T-Mobile get one with the IMEI starting with 01089200 if you want to go with Cingular then choose one of these IMEI's 01092800,01071200,01076000 all the IMEI's listed are RM-75 models. Click on banner for 24/7 unlocking
Dude, you rock! =) Thanks a lot! But just to make sure, has there been any successful unlocking of T-Mobile models with the said IMEI? Thanks again!
Myself and NoLimit04 can unlock all 6030's RM-75 It will not be possible for quite some time to unlock RM-225 6030's. Only the network can provide working codes for those. Regards Click on banner for 24/7 unlocking
Hello again, and sorry to bump this old topic. =P So anyway, I went to my local Walmart this morning looking for a RM-75 model of 6030(T-Mobile). But I couldn't find any; all they have was the RM-225 models... =/ So my question this time is how rare these RM-75 models are? Should I look in a particular store? If so, what store? And if you can recommend a better phone that is not too expensive and can be unlocked easily, that would be great, too. Any help would be deeply appreciated. Thank you very much. =)
