A file that can't be moved or deleted, help

    I download this video file in my desktop and now it would move or be deleted. how do I delete the file?

    and it there a way to change the space used for the shadow copy with vista home premium?

    When turning on the comptuer , as it starting
    press the "f8" key.
    This will load the booting menu, where you can select "safe mode".

    After booting the computer inthis mode,
    you should have no problems removing the video.

    thanks for the help, tried the safe mode but still didn't delete or move.

    anything else I can try, (the file is a mov file)

    There is a frewware program available here from AD,
    This hopefully will do the trick.
