i have recorded a series of tv programmes (6) onto dvd and they each are about 1hour long. they are each on different dvdrws which i have onto my pc. i was wondering wat is the best program to edit parts of the *.vob files so they are trimmed down and mayb join some. and then put these together onto one or two dvd-rs.

    thanks in advance

DvdLab, DvdShrink, NVE or DivxtoDvd. DivxtoDvd is the basic, you can join whatever (2hours max) but that's about it. DvdShrink, let's you trim, but no menus. NVE and DvdLab, are both great, but may take time to get use to. There both have guides, though. You can create chapters, edit, highlight clips w/ animation and a lot of other cool stuff. Mostly w/ NVE.
