    I have a PSP 1.5 with Devhook. I can play ISO's & having some problems watch movies/MPEG 4
I was told to upgrade to 3.03oe-c. I don't know what this is. Is it a better version. does it work well & do you have any links on how & where to download it & how to be able to download & watch the latest movies on my PSP. Right now my PSP seems usless to me.
    PLEASE HELP ME

3.03 oe series (c being the latest) is better than 1.5 for my own personal reasons.

1)i can run game backups (cso/iso) of my memstick without the use of devhook, they can be executed in the memstick game folder on xmb.
2)You can play PS1 games by ripping them into an eboot format and the also play of the xmb.
3)more media varietys avialable for example you can play better quality AVC media.
    4)WMP audio playback
5)99.99% of my old 1.5 homebrew works on my 3.03oe-c by switching kernel in recovery mode and even new homebrew which wont work on 1.5.
    6)Custom backgrounds the easy way.

i could probably think of many many more reasons for upgrading, and i do beleive their is a guide on one of the psp forums on afterdawn as a sticky.

its worth upgrading 1.50>3.03oe-c but still remember theirs a chance of bricking as you flashing again, but if you follow instructions you should be fine.
