AVG antivirus detected trojans in ctfmon.exe in the \Recycled folder on my hdds. I deleted them and now windows explorer says access denied when i double-click the drives.

however, there's still a way to access the drive, that is by right-clicking the drive and then select "explore".

anyone can help me solve the problem ?? Eagerly waiting for the replies.

    Thank you ^^

" ctfmon.exe is a process belonging to Microsoft Office Suite. It activates the Alternative User Input Text Input Processor (TIP) and the
Microsoft Office XP Language Bar. This program is a non-essential system process, but should not be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems."

I suggest you move all the data on the drive to an internal drive on the computer, temporarily. Then format the external drive, and move the data back.
