I've been comtemplating to change my processor, from a P3 to a P4 possibly... heres my specs

-Intel Pentium III processor 900 MHz
    -ASUSTeK PEGASUS
    -640Mb DDR-Ram

My question is, is it possible to change the processor to a P4 or maybe an Athalon?

need new motherboard, new cpu & possibly new power supply. the p3, p4 & amd chip are not pin compatible & are also different sizes in dimensions. need a p4 type power supply that has extra power connector to motherboard plus 300w or higher. like comparing apples & oranges, both are fruit but totally different
