adding audio to a vcd

hi i got a vcd dick from a theme park and wanted to add a title and a mp3 to it in the back ground can anyone help me out im stuck !! big time thnx

 

You would need to use a video editor to edit it. I would recommend using Windows Movie Maker 2.0. You can download it here:

You might have to convert the format of the video but I'm not sure.
