Adding VOBs and Authoring menus

    Has anyone added VOBs to a DVD authoring software and edited it yet? Which DVD menu/authoring software can accept VOBs?

    Thanks, I just wanted to know if this is the best software to do what I am expecting before I download it. You had recommended it to me last week and I am considering trying it.
    Is it hard to use?
