Presently I have a Sony 510DRU burner (internal) installed and use
DVD X Copy Platium to burn DVDs. Given the limitation of the Sony
to burn only at 4X speed, I've purchased a Plextor 716UF external
burner that I wish to install on the same computer and The CloneDVD/AnyDVD package without removing the Sony burner/DVD X Copy
program. Question! Would a conflict occur with both burners installed on the same computer.

    Thanks!

It should work fine, as long as you have jumpers for master and slave set correctly on drives. With SATA there are none. Not noing your IDE configuration you may have to have a longer cable.

    Good Luck

I imagine this is USB? There should be no problems just be sure you have an USB 2.0 port to plug it into. Windows should recognize and load it right away. :)
