What software allows you to adjust the speed in which you burn DVDs?

I'm talking about backing up DVD movies using programs like DVD X-Copy Platinum or DVDFab Platinum. I can't find a way to adjust this setting in these programs.

I know you can do it with DVD Decrypter but I'm not a big fan of that method. I like to keep things simple.

    Thanks.

It's very easy with most programs like Nero and Alcohol.

X-Copy speed is controlled by the rated speed of the media. I have never used the other so it is probably done the same way
