do you get BBC1 ITV - are the blank channels Sky Sports (subscription channels) if so then the ECM has not been updated and therefore the channel can not be descrambled. To get the ECM up to date, go to Sky Sports 1 - leave it on for a few seconds and the channel should appear. Also have you done a full scan
