I have a few movies that i've burned to cdr from bin/cue I use cdmate to do that. They always burn fine and I have no problem watching them on my pc. But how do I put them on dvd? When i open the cd to view files there are 4 folders. EXT, MPEG2, SVCD, and SEGMENT. I have put other movies on dvd with TMPGENC and TMPGENC author and Nero, but I cant get these types to work? PLEASE HELP!

Burning to DVD means you will most likely have to reencode and author the movie which translates to a long time depending on your system. That is, if you want to convert to DVDVideo. Of course you can just copy those files to a DataDVD but I suspect that isnt what you have in mind. :)
