I just recently upgraded my PSP to firmware version 3.40 OE-A. And it was successful, obviously. =) My question is, do I have to keep the files I used to upgrade my PSP? All those EBOOT stuff in Memory Stick, do I have to keep them? Or is it okay to format my Memory Stick since I've successfully finished upgrading and all?

Please let me know as soon as you can so I can get my back-up files back to my Memory Stick. Thank you very much! =)

Files can be deleted there is no use for them...unless the PSP messes up n u need to reinstall it. but u can always redownload it. (If u have dial up u should back them up to PC)

I have a back-up copy of everything in my PC. So I guess that should do it.

So it's good to format my Memory Stick now?

    Thanks! =)

yes, you can format your memory stick-in fact you should because it creates the correct folders for you so you can add your iso games, and videos, etc..
