I've noticed there's DVD-R's and DVD+R's... what is the difference, what advantages do I get out of each one, if there is any? And my burner (if I ever figure out how to use it) will do "double layer" around 8gigs of burning... what kind of DVD's do I need to buy in order to accomplish this? Matt
You've got a dual layer burner ... which is also dual format. It doesn't matter which you use. Search the media forum to see which media is the best.
alright well this goes hand in hand wtih my other post then... it says its unable to burn when i load up a data disc with 8 gigs of stuff.
I know ... I've seen it. Have you read the forum rules? No multiposting ... so keep that problem in your other thread. No need to ask in both.
sorry.. i just wanted a basic run down of what the difference's were between DVD-R's and DVD+R's. Like, why there's a need for two different types?
