I received my wiikey yesterday and when I went to crack open the case I found that the security bit I was going to use was to big for the Wii (should have checked the forums). The only way I know how to get a triwing screwdriver is order it online and I didn't want to wait so I decided to make my own.

To make it, take an old phillips head bit and grind two of the sides/ridges completely flat. What you want to end up with is a "V" shape that is skinny enough to fit the Wii but not skinny to the point where it will strip and spin in the screw.

(I realize it is supposed to be a triwing but 2 out of 3 aint bad)

I have heard of people buying a tri-wing at Wal-Mart or Home Depot. So supposedly they are out there to buy at your local store.

I didnt see them at Home Depot but it would have been nice to be able to just go and pick one up.
