Errr....yeah.....im having a little trouble with my PSP's analog nub. See, the thing is, I might have accadentally ripped it off in frustration due to my battery dying on me in the middle of a game...I can still put it back on, but if you try and take it off, it'll come off very easily. I noticed there was this silicone-type substance on it. Could i just apply something to it and stick it back on? Thanks for any help.

    P.S- Yes, I'm an idiot.Thanks for asking.

yeah, you could do that and run the risk of getting goo inside your analog mechanism-or you can buy the replacement nubbins for pretty cheap also..

Let me get this straight... your analog nub is broken? or you just yanked it off?

If you just yanked it off then just push it back in place...those things are meant to come off easy.

If you broke the nub then stop being a cheapskate and buy the replacement nubs, they cost like $5 for a pack of 4.
