I have a Video_TS and AUDIO_TS folder that contain only the movie, no menu, no trailer, no nothing.
    it is 5.46G.
    When I use DVD2oneX v 1.2.0 (for MAC) set to fit on a DVD-R, it outputs a 4.54Gb VIDEO_TS.
As you advice me to do, I passed this version again through DVD2OneX and it gives me..... the same !
    a Video_TS folder of 4.54Gb.

    Any other advice ?
    Thanks

I had similar issues backing up Charlie's Angels 2 with DVD2OneX. I found what worked best for me was to set the default size to "user defined" and keep dropping the size down until you get one that fits. It ended up being about 4140 which left me with a file that was 4.31 gig in size and fit onto a DVD.

I know it's a pain becasue it takes about 40-50 minutes to run DVD2one (at least for me and my lowly iMac). So far this is the only time I have had to change the settings.

    Hope this helps
