already have freeview thru the ariel and through the dreambox, couldn't turn the sky of as live tv is good, was just stating its not the end of the world if they did pull the plug, spent 3 days with the box now and the kiddy winks love it, so does the wife, only problem the wife has is hitting dead links but just hit the next one and your normally ok

I told the sister in the law the same, she has a UPC sub and internet, she barely watches any TV, told her to get rid of the sub, keep the bband and use filmon addon for her chans, all the UK chans on it such as BBC, ITV, save her a fortune, RTE and others can be got via navi-x, porkies UK chans has all these also!

    replied mate,

For Irish users, get a free proxy (hidemyass is a good one and free!) and add them to the BBC addons and ITV and the players will work over here, although a lot of stuff is already available via the Irish TV player addon,

sorry cacti aint been around at all mate, been busy busy busy, will give u a shout next week mate if thats ok, this weekend will be bedlum for me, so wont be about! the quad cores arent hugely faster over the dual, when using XBMC anyways, its reliant on your internet, the pages u are viewing your media on etc etc, the Cyclone is running perfect for me,

every now and then clear the cache out on XBMC, keeps it running smooth

Hi All fairly new to this I currently have a F3 box but having problems with the gift so heard about the Andriod boxes how easy is it to buy one of these and download the software to get the same channels as the f3 gift ie sly etc? Also any recommendation for a Andriod box?

you dont get live sky channels like sky, you can sometimes stream the sports and stuff buts its not the same as live sky, you should look into a different provider for your f3, As for android box I am very happy with my x2. Cheers for the recommendation Mick.
