I'm using Nero Vision 4 to burn my AVI (3.26 GB) onto a standard 4.7 GB DVD and as soon as it is done encoding, it ejects the blank disc with no error code. I then tried creating a .vob file and tried burning the DVD and It reads the Error code "Burning failed at 4x. Here is the log. It'd be GREATLY appreciated if someone could help me. Thanks! I would recommend updating to 7.5.9.0 from here (I dont like 7.7.5.1) http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?1881 You have a massive amount of memory in use, dont multitask while burning. I cannot locate the discs you are using so cannot comment. You have Roxio installed, it clashes with Nero, to remove, run this zapper http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Roxio-Zap.shtml
I have another question. By zapping Roxio, you mean deleting it? I had paid for that program, is there a way to just temporarily disable it?
Just do all the other recommendations, leave Roxio be and see if you are able to complete a successfull burn, if so then Roxio wont be a problem.
