Any device available that would allow me to use a USB headset or microphone on the phone and computer?

I am looking for a device that would allow me to use a USB headset or microphone on the phone and the PC. I rely heavily on speech recognition software to be productive so I am looking for an item that would allow me to use a headset or microphone for dictation and talking on the phone without having to switch to another headset or microphone.

Ideally I would like to find one that would allow me to use my PC and phone at the same time, without having to switch between the two. I know there are a few devices out there that would allow me to do this but I have not found anything that would fit my needs as well as I would like.

I have tried to zoom switch and I have not been able to get that to work routinely.

I would be thankful for any advice whatsoever that anyone has on the issue.
