    Anyone used these discs?
    If so, were they ok?

I upgraded to them from a cheap and nasty, 80% coaster brand - big mistake

It seems Ritek is the way to go - but these are easier for me to get in Australia, so if anyone has any feedback on them, would appreciate it

    cheers

    Hi,

I'm not familiar with that particular brand but my advice would be to buy a very small quantity for testing purposes before you buy in bulk. do a few test burns, scan them for read errors and test them for compatibility in every player you can get your hands on :)

I'm doing exactly that right now with 25 pack of Unifina DVD-R which seems to be relatively new to the US market.

    ok cool, good idea
So far so good, and it's got to be better than the 80& failure rate I had with the last batch!

I found a site that said LAser media is not very good at all. They have the ID: VANGUARD which are poor quality.

I would recommend Ritek if you can find them in Australia...
