    how good are thay?

    Norton Ghost is excellent but seems a little slow when working with NTFS!

    U guys know something about norton ghost on win 2000?? This is the exact same scanario(cant spell) I have. I have a problem. Norton ghost doesnt seem to support my dvd burner. Can I make an image on my HD and then just use my own burinig software to burn the file??

    Have you tried updating Ghost? ALso what make/model is your DVD burner?

    Dela: could you elaborate? How slow are we talking here? And are you taking into account compression?

    The dvd burner is a tdk 420N. It burns dvd+r/w at 2.4 and 4x. As for the update...i will try that....
