Hi, is there any way to avoid the 'double check' feature on my v7+magic 3.1? (Like trying cdloader and stuff? is it possible?)

    Thanx

what I'm thinking right now is.. to put my magic 3.1 chip to sleep and then use Swap Magic to boot..

would this work? and one thing that has bothered me was.. why do I need a fliptop or slideside to use Swap magic? Can't I just eject the SM cd and put my dvdr-backup games? I'm a newbie here so plz help out. Thanx :)

oh, I just heard that if I already have a modchip installed in my ps2, then I don't need a fliptop.. is this true?

After the game has started to load and gets to the point where it is checking the memory card, just eject the game and re insert it straight away (without turning off) and that should get around the double check
