I have installed anydvd and clonedvd2 and now my dvd burner is not recognized. I go into my computer and I click on that drive while a movie is in it and it wont open or eject or anything. I know it is the software becuase when I turn it off the drive magically starts to work. Is there some kind of option I have turned wrong or anything else?

    Thanks.....

Is the movie a new release? You may need to update your firmware.

Right click the Anydvd icon on your desktop. Click "properties". Click the "Compatibility tab". If you're using
Windows XP, ensure the box for "compatibility mode" is not selected.
Let me know if this helps.
