    Thanks ireland!
    I did know this, but some very likely do not. I read & post on the Slsoft Forum lately too.
    I am just saying that until I get set-up for it, AND the blank HD-DVD media prices come way down, I won't upgrade.

    Yes but it still won't do Zoom with Shrink whereas Recode will. And the ripper will rip Zoom files but Shrink cannot open them. Come on Slysoft fix this.

    The fix is called CloneDVD2 available at http://www.slysoft.com

    Rip the files with CloneDVD, use Shrink on the output.

    About this ANYDVD-HD I understand it to mean that it will allow me to backup my HD-DVD discs that I own now.

    If this is true is there anything else that I need to backup my HD-DVD discs desides a HD-DVD burner.

    Thanx For the Explanation Ireland ! Though Like a few others I'll wait for the prices to come Down ! Heck I'm still waiting for the prices to cvome down on DVD+DL Media I just burned my first Verbatim DVD+R DL disc - that was How I ended up dealing with Zoom ! May get the CloneDVD2 for Future operations though ? had $20.00 U.S. in american Express Gift Checks ( safety award ) so I bought a 3 pack of Verbatim DVD+R & a 10pk of Verbatim DVD+R 16x Lightscribes & that about took care of my $20.00 @ walmrts ( close bye -20miles away ! Again thanks for the info and have a Good evening !

    @elby

    I have clone DVD and I prefer Nero Recode over Clonedvd, on my set up it's faster and almost 100% errrorless once the recoding begins. Believe me I got all the tools from ripit4me, DVDFab, and AnyDVD. I just like the simplicity of AnyDVD and Recode. As they say in the infomercials, set and forget it. I start with Recode and then go to Shrink and then CloneDVD. Then ripit4me and finally DVD Fab.

    @talonman
    A $hitpot full of money to buy the HD discs.
