anydvdhd problems

    I have a lifetime update for anydvdhd. i just tried to use the program and it says that this version is not licensed. now i can't get into the program. it won't let me in. when i go to anydvd it says i have a lifetime update for the program. any ideas on how to get this problem resolved? than you
