Download anti-spyware programs, namely:-

Spybot S&D
Ad-aware 6

Reboot in safe mode and scan with both. Erase all the stuff you find, and make sure they're clear from "Quarantine" as well.

Then see if you get rid of those processes. I'm sure some of them are spyware/viruses.

NAVSCAN32.exe is the W32-SDBOT-DO virus.

Run your anti-virus program in safe mode, and remove any files infected with this.

Delete that file.

Click Start - >Run. Type Regedit then ok

Before you edit the registry, you should make a backup. On the 'Registry' menu, click 'Export Registry File'. In the 'Export range' panel, click 'All', then save your registry as Backup.

Locate the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE entries:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\
NAVSCAN32.EXE = NAVSCAN32.exe

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices\
NAVSCAN32.EXE = NAVSCAN32.exe

and delete them if they exist.

Each user has a registry area named HKEY_USERS\
\. For each user locate the entry:

HKU\
\Software\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Run\NAVSCAN32.EXE = NAVSCAN32.exe

and delete it if it exists.

Close the registry editor.

As TM also suggested

Goto www.download.com and download
Ad-aware 6.0
Spybot - Search and Destroy 1.3
Spysweeper 3.0

Once installed, update the software and scan in that order.

Another suggestion to download would be Window Washer which will clear all your temporary folders etc.

Regards

i have ad-aware and S&D and use them quite often but never cleared the quarantien list, wiil now. shall also be looking for spysweeper.
tried running AVG in safe mode but it wont start i get the message Driver(CORE) not found winner=2.
it works fine when not in safe mode.

Ive had a few problems running ravenshield game online ie the program stops responding soon as i click Multiplayer, ive uninstaled Zonealarm and it works fine again, could this have something to do with this virus? cause i dont understand why the game wont play with Zonealarm instaled.
_X_X_X_X_X_[small]pc's humm im on such a constant learning curve i keep going around in circles[/small]
