ASAP Please Help?

    I need some help with the steps to building my pc. I have every thing hooked up and my BIOS is up todate. That is where the instructions stop. I have 2 hard drives. 1 with the OS system on it when i try starting the OS it will not completly load and my mouse is still not working...Please any ideas would help a bunch..

    reseat the ram, cables & cards. what windows are you using & what type of mouse is it: serial, ps2, usb or wireless??

    What OS? and is the harddrive with the OS on it hooked up to the master?

    Just to add when you say the OS wont completly load were do you get to?
