    I have a question I can't find an answer to anywhere, because it's too similar to another question, please don't start yelling at me to google it before you finish reading.

    Ok, for some reason (it's been awhile since it stopped but I didn't care til recently) my Vista won't preview pictures. And by that I don't mean that it won't show thumbnails as icons, I mean when you hover over the picture, it used to show a full picture but it no longer does that and I would like to have it back, does anyone know a fix for this?

    Go to start->run->type regedit
    This will take you to the registry editing program. In there you can find the key they are saying to remove. If the "run..." link isn't visible, you can either type "run" into the start menu search or right click the start menu->properties->start menu tab(should already be there)->"Customize..." button->check "run command" box.

    EDIT- Upon further inspection, I noticed you put 'redegit' which is not 'regedit.' If you put 'redegit' you (probably) won't find anything. Regedit however yields the appropriate link for me.
    And holy *! This thread is still open?! I think I first posted here at least a year ago
