Asrock K7 VM4

    I want to update my bios and i need a help from someone to tell me how to do it. am a complete newbie 2ndly is there any need for me to do it? even if there isnt i still want to do it so please can someone tell me how to

    what is the bios version & date of bios. check this link for your bios version(s)http://www.asrock.com/support/download/dl_k7vm4.htm#bios. also do you have a boot disk either dos or win98 as will need it for part of operation

    i have bios version 2.3 and no boot disc

    what version of windows do you have & if xp do you know of anyone with win98

    go to www.bootdisk.com & download the 2nd disk down on list concerning bios flash also go to motherboard site & download all the newer bioses for your motherboard
