Does anyone know how to get the ATI TV Tuner window to pop up on the secondary display? The only way I can get it to move between monitors is to declare whichever monitor I want to use as the primary, but this messes up where my logon & shutdown screens will go. I'm using an ATI All-in-Wonder 2006 PCI-E edition card on XP Pro. Before you tell me anything about drivers, know that I have already updated all drivers and software fresh from nothing, and have spoken with an ATI rep about this already. He told me something crazy about Windows not allowing such a thing to happen.
Any ATI control panel may only work on the primary display, since it's directly linked to the driver. Can't really say any more on the subject tough, I don't use it myself.
