Atlantis question

    Can i compress the movies using atlantis or anytoher program? And when i do, how would i tell atlantis to instal them?

    No you can't atlantis just removes them it doesn't re-encode them at all!

    how can i do it using other programs? w/o atlantis? b.t.w dela, your a GREAT help so far!!! im just starting out. i want to make sure i can burn these games b4 i buy the MESSIAH 2.

    be2slow learn howto use mIRC than download your backups there since u dunno howto rip!

    You'll have to learn how to encode a pss stream to mpeg, downsample it and then re-create a new pss stream. But this wont work with most games anyway!! A lot of games you can download will have downsampled movies too, unless you get a dvd-r copy!

    I'm afraid I can't write a tutorial on that for you because there is a lot included but trust me, the outcome is NOT worth it! If you are still interested. Go to http://www.megagames.com/ps2/

    now look for the ps2 vcd playing tutorial to learn how to make a .pss stream first and then you will learn how you can downsample your files after you've read it. It just takes a bit of thinking!
