As you guys all know that own this drive there hasnt been a new firmware update from the a304 in a while. Most new 8x dvd-rs are only being detected as 2x at the time because of this. I have sent messages to lg on their site and maybe if evryone else here that has this drive does it too we will get faster results because they will see people complaining and a high demand. sry mods i dont think this is right thread but i couldnt figure out which one to put this under.
