I have tried burning an Audio CD with Nero, iTune and Windows media player. However with each software, it does not preserve the ID3 tags. If I burn audio CD with iTune, it shows the ID3 details only in iTune and not in other applications like windows media player. It shows Track 1, Track 2 etc...

Same thing happens with windows media player.

Is there anyway to preserve the ID3 tags in audio CD?

Regular Audio CD's don't have tags. MP3 and some other formats do have tags.

"cd text" is the cda version of id3 tags. Nero supports cdtext, tho you have to select it in options. This will embed track name, artist, album, year, etc...
