I have read all the guides and still can not get it to work right - I am using DVDShrink to rip a single chapter from a purchased DVD. I strip away everything except for the Dolby Digital AC3 soundtrack.

Then I use MPEG2VCR to create an MPEG2 file from the ripped VOB - and that when things go bad - it's like a bad Karate movie - the video is ahead of the audio.

HELP ME - WHAT AM I DOING WRONG OR DO YOU HAVE ANOTHER SUGGESTION AS TO HOW TO DO THIS ?

What exactly are you after as a finished product?? There are probably other programs you can use.

Do you want a MPEG2 file in particular?

There is a program called DVD2AVI for creating an AVI file.

    Let us know.

I work at a retail store and make a Demo Disk to show off equipment, but it is easier to have a compilation disk of different chapters from different movies, then try and carry 10-15 movie DVD's.
