What is the best program out there? I don't mean all purpose with integration of burning just a solid, non-buggy program, like Real Jukebox 2 Plus.

All-In-One audio combos pretty much suck all. Perhaps you can try NeroMIX though.

Use a proper player and a proper burner and you'll feel a whole lot better. Check out Feurio!.

If I get this right you want something like
    foobar2000: http://foobar2000.hydrogenaudio.org/
    Winamp (2.x): http://www.winamp.com/
    XMPlay: http://www.un4seen.com/
    Coolplayer: http://coolplayer.sourceforge.net/
    1by1: http://www.rz.uni-frankfurt.de/~pesch/

foobar2000 is supposed to give best possible sound quality, but the advantages over the other mentioned players might be more theoretically than audible.
