Auto re-author with DVD2One based on data size?

    Hi everybody,

I have a question regarding the way DVD2One processes the VOB files. If I select the video stream, audio stream and subtitle I want and their total size is < 4.36GB, would DVD2One just re-author the files of would it try to re-encode them? I mean is the re-encoding process always used or is it based on the size of the content to be treated?
In DVDShrink you have to chose beteween re-encoding and re-authoring. Does DVD2One has a sort of automatic selection of the actio to do based on the size of the files?
    Thanks

I CAN tell you that I ripped a DVD (movie only) and it was 3.9 gigs and I used DVD2One to author them and it ended up being 3.4 gigs. So I am assuming (which almost always gets me into trouble) that it does re-encode the movie.
