AVI encoding

    Whats the best way to turn avi at 12.50fps to avi at 29.97fps, and to maybe get a little better quality since the file is 555mb and you can put 700mb to a CD

    i used virtualdub but i dont know what to do there, also i try'ed avi frame changer but then the video is very fast and audio is slower(normal)

    Doesn't work that way speedman :)
    Nothing you can do to create more FPS.
    Nothing you can do to increase quality (even if file could be larger).
    You could create a larger file, but with only the same (or, worse) quality.
