I've just finished converting a avi movie with avi2dvd. i choose DVD5/4.7g for the target. the end result is 4.650 but its into the red in Nero? and obviously Nero refuses to burn it?. i also tryed to burn it with Ashampoo Burning Studio 6 but with the same message, "not enough disc space". am i missing something. if i choose "create ISO" for target would it reduce the size to fit on a DVD-r/4.7g disc. the avi has no credits or titles, so theres nothing to rip out.
why don't you try running the file through dvd shrink after you do your converting, that should solve your problem
