A file I have been downloading has just come to a complete stop at 99.4%
I don't know much about Azureus or even about torrents but I'm pretty sure that there are 588 seeders and I'm not downloading anything off any of them. It says 0(588) under seeds and 15(4019) under peers. I assume none of these peers have the last .6% I need. Is there a way I could switch it so that I could get the rest of it from a seeder?

This is sometimes done deliberately by copyright owners to dissuade file sharing. The result is that the network get flooded with useless material. There is a good software app called Peer Guardian that might help. It blacklists known anti-sharing IP address ranges.
