b2k virus

    what is it how do you get rid of it?
    Have tried an online scan but it didnt detect anything!!

    both mcafee & pc trends have no b2k in their database. check in your msconfig/startup to see if in there. might be spyware???

    the people that make the virus(es) most of the time so they can save it as a file til finished programming it & set it loose on the world

    trend has no info on b2k & did a mamma search but no real info either about b2k as virus. did you check your msconfig/startup & run adaware se & spybot s&d??

    it wasnt for me was for a mate.He said that it was in the advanced service command, ended 7 processes but now his windows run.I'll see if he can give me any other info which might lead to a better explanation.
