backing up a backup

    hi i backed up my friends prince of persia game. it dint work, i used sm dvd disc,the screen went blue and nothing happaned. it was burned on to a unbranded dvd-r disc. is it possible, using dvd decripter, copy the game and put it on to a A grade ritek dvd-r and burn it at a slow speed like 1X or 2X.so if anyone knows if this works please reply.

    Yes, you can make a backup of a backup exactly as you would a backup of an original.

    However your better off using the original, as any read/write errors will be passed along the line
    ie:- original=0 errors
    backup1=possibly 1 error
    backup2=1 error from previous + new error
    and so on
