    Help me out here because I just don't quite understand something..
    PS2= game
    VCD= movie

    Why would one wan't to convert a "game" to VCD (MPEG1)= movie?

    Shoey :)

    hi

    dela not quite sure how it works now with dvd9 ps2 games but the makers are being crafty and adding a file called munge? i think which is like one massive file 6gig ? and its getting to grips with this big file thats the problem down to dvdr size - something like that?

    Thx..

    Yep they are trying to make games un-ripable! There will always be a way to rip though! lol

    That depends if its dvd to dvd, that means you are gonna have to rip it all over again and basically encode it with TMPGEnc to PAL. I rcommend you do that with DVD2AVI frameserving to TMPGEnc. If I dont reply next time right away i'll catch u later, i'm wicked tired, needs my sleep!

    Someone kind enough to step to the plate and answer my question? I could rent The Jungle Book 2 (dvd) and rip\encode to svcd...

    PS1\PS2\= game
    VCD= movie

    Why convert a ps1\ps2 to vcd?
    Is there something "special" in the ps2 that I'm missing?

    Shoey :)

    Yes, he said on films! So i assume he means a movie playing in black and white because he has a PAL ps2 and an NTSC DVD, which does result in black and white playback!
