backing up ps2 games

    im gonna be getting my ps2 modded.. just bought one today cause there was a huge sale at walmart $158 canadian! lol anyway, i have been looking all day and cant find anything solid about backing up a ps2 game. can anyone help me out?

    can i do a straight backup from disk? or do i have to put it all on my pc, then convert to iso then burn?

    There's a couple different ways to go about it. The 2 that I've used are Dvd Decryptor, which rips the encryption and burns it for you (Iso Option), and alcohol 120%. The only problem with alcohol 120% is that it doesn't have the ripper. However, if you download the program AnyDvd, it will run automatically and rip it for you. The AnyDvd program will then allow to use alcohol 120% to burn encrypted games. AnyDvd is a transparent program that runs in the background. It's actually a pretty nice feature.
