Okay, in a nutshell, here's my situation. I have zero modding experience, I'd prefer it if I not have to use a modchip or something similar for this. I've downloaded six separate programs while trying to get the Gamecube Backup Player rigged up. Figured out how to get things installed, but I don't really understand, which leads to me doing it slowly. Here's what I want to do: Play Tales of Symphonia on my Wii from a USB. That's it. That's all I want to do. This way, in the event I lose the discs, or the case the game's in, I can just pop in the USB and start playing. I tried doing this myself, but the first program I downloaded(after getting the Homebrew Channel up) needed some other program installed, and that one needed some file that didn't come attached to the main download. I'm asking here because after two days of working at this, I'm at my wits end, all the instructions are starting to blur together, and I'm annoyed at constantly having to go to four other program pages because either A) the attached link is outdated, or B) the program requires other programs to run. The most recent development is my Wiimote disconnecting(And refusing to reconnect) when I try installing the WAD Manager or whatever it's called. (I would like to mention that the above scenario reminds me of an incident that happened a couple years back where all my Wiimotes refused to connect for about three weeks, then the problem fixed itself.) My questions are, basically: 1. What all do I need to get the Gamecube Backup Launcher running? 2. How long should this take? and 3. Why is my Wiimote acting screwy when I try installing WAD Manager?
