Bad M3 Simply...Possible Recourse?

    I purchased an M3 Simply and one week after receiving it the micro SD card will not seat properly into the unit. It keeps ejecting the card each time I try to insert it. I e-mailed the manufacturer via a link on their website and it's been over 3 weeks with no reply.

    Has anybody else had this problem and fixed it or has anybody gotten any recourse from the manufacturer?

    I purchased from ebay through Paypal via my Platinum American Express card with Buyer's Protection. Is this my only recourse?

    You should start by contacing the seller of the item and see what they have to say, you should never go to Paypal before first discussing the problem with the seller.

    The manufactuer will simply tell you to return the item to the seller.
