Alright ladies and gents, i have a little question for ya. I was hear about a year ago asking how to burn an AVI file to DVD. After a few tries with the guides you gave me, i got it down pat. Now, a year has gone by and i haven't visited the site. I've burnt a lot of DVD's, but it is SOOO time consuming. I was wondering if there have been any technilogical advances over the last year to make this process easier? Here is what i am currently doing:

Convert AVI to MPEG-2 using TMPGEnc
Author the MPEG file using TMPGEnc DVDauthor
Shrink it down using DVD Shrink
    Burn using a burning program

Overall, it takes me about 7 hours total time to burn a dvd, and i am pretty tired of going through all these steps. Just fill me in, if there aren't any new changes, that's cool. I appreciate your help.

Nothing? Can someone just confirm that they have read this, and that indeed, there is no faster way as of yet?

    Thanks
