Please check the log file and report any errors to Technical Support.

I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing wrong and why it's not burning. Can anybody either help or point me towards a step by step guide so I can find out what I'm doing wrong.

    Thanks a lot

Have played around with the aspi layers. Both a working version of 4.6 and also installed the very latest version. Neither is making any difference.

Both out DVD-Rom/CD-RW and CD-RW both stopped working at the same time.

Both read still but refuse to write anything.

will your writer not write anything or just this image, if they wont write anything try uninstalling the writers in windows device manager then rebooting the computer and letting windows redetect and reinstall the drive, if it's yust this inage then maybe you have a corrupt/fake or damaged image
