My new BenQ 1620 Pro will not play minus discs on my new Pioneer player recorder. They play on my computer and my old Dvd player but not my new Pioneer. Please help. I will have to take it back if it wont play on my new DVD players. Just the minus DVDs the + play fine. Is there a reason for this.
Try a diferent brand of DVD-R media. Also check the firmware version on the burner and then go to BenQ website to see if upgrade available. Firmware upgrades do not just address burner problems, but also help with recognition of newer media.
